The people and the proof behind the platform. 25+ years of commercial deployment. Built by people who have done it before — at government, industrial and capital markets level.
← Back to homepageThe NZP platform is backed by three decades of real commercial deployment — not laboratory promises. This is what de-risks the conversation with investors, boards and regulators.
Our technology has been reviewed and approved by some of the most rigorous engineering and regulatory bodies in the world. That's what makes the commercial case credible to investors and partners.
A major European energy company is engaged as our offtake partner with signed agreements in place. Their due diligence validates the technology, commercial model and delivery pathway for SAF at scale.
Commercial systems deployed for PCB destruction in Taiwan and mixed waste processing in Korea — among the most demanding waste streams in the world. Full deployment history covered in Track Record. These deployments represent the real-world proof that no pilot project can replicate.
Reviewed and approved by the US EPA Office of Solid Waste, California Integrated Waste Management Board, Los Angeles and Dallas-Fort Worth municipal authorities.
Most plasma gasification failures used external torch-based systems — high energy draw, electrode instability, narrow feedstock tolerance. NZP uses submerged arc furnace technology: the arc is stabilised within a molten bath, the same architecture as the global steel industry's electric arc furnaces. The supply chain is commercially mature, globally available, and not dependent on a single supplier. This is not a novel technology — it is proven heavy industry, applied to waste.
We are working with a global consortium of FMCG producers to recover commercial value from food and beverage manufacturing waste streams — including spent grain from beer production, dairy and ice cream waste, and other high-volume organic byproducts. Real feedstock data. Real modelled economics. Across multiple sectors simultaneously.
Senior team brings broad commercial and government sector experience. CTO Richard Molsbee brings decades of gasification expertise including ex-US government programme roles. Technology maturity: TRL 8–9. Not TRL 6 demos.
NZP holds this USPTO-granted patent, which covers the coupling of an electric furnace with a liquid fuel synthesis process — the core process architecture that increases syngas yield by recycling CO₂, H₂O, and tail gas effluents back through the system. Issued October 2019. Proprietary IP exclusively held by NZP.
NZP is a project structuring and delivery platform. We do not build engineering services, downstream synthesis or capital markets infrastructure from scratch. We integrate across an established ecosystem of EPC firms, synthesis specialists, equipment OEMs, industrial offtakers, and capital partners.
Combined experience across capital markets, energy infrastructure and plasma technology — the NZP team has operated at the highest levels of industry and government.
Bring your waste data to a platform demo — and we'll show you exactly what your streams could generate, and the economics behind it. No consultants. No commitment. No chemistry lecture.
Offtake, gasification, Fischer-Tropsch and Haber-Bosch partners are already in place — the back end of the value chain is covered.
